Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog. Estimated shipping times are between 2-5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 7 days. All AU orders offer free shipping over $50 + gst. All transactions are processed in AUD at checkout. Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia. Please see list below for our distributors in the APAC region (Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and Japan).

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or alter your order, email us straight away so we can catch try to catch your order before it flies out the door. If it’s already gone don’t worry, you can return the unopened product immediately after you have received it and we will process the refund when we receive it, on the same payment method used to purchase it.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return postage. You might receive multiple packages for big orders so when your first package arrives and not everything is in there, hold off because another package is not too far away.
Take the weekend off, we do! So, if you order Friday after 1pm EST or on Saturday or Sunday please keep in mind that we can’t process your order until the following Monday.
